This hydraulic system includes 8 cylinders, each exerting 300 tons of hydraulic pressure. To maintain the label color quality and ensure the best product output, the hydraulic cylinders are designed for free-fall operation, moving downward based on the weight of the hot plate. The control of this hydraulic step is managed by a proportional system, meaning the hot plate moves rapidly downwards and then adheres gently to the workpiece with a precise gradient movement to start the hydraulic pressing operation. The major advantages of this hydraulic method are high controllability and reduced process time.
